CHAPEL HILL - The University of North Carolina women's lacrosse coaching staff will host its 2008 Winter Elite Camp on Dec. 19-21, 2008, in Chapel Hill on the UNC campus, head coach Jenny Levy announced today. The camp is designed for the die-hard lacrosse player looking to sharpen her skills and get ready for the 2009 high school season. The Winter Elite Camp is an opportunity to train at the UNC facilities and work with some of the best college coaches in the nation. The UNC elite camps always attract top high school talent and foster an unmatched competitive atmosphere. The camp will be held at Carolina's indoor artificial turf facility and on the adjacent five artificial turf outdoor fields. Cost ranges from $400 to $475 per camper and space is limited. Check in and registration begin at 5 p.m. on Friday Dec. 19. Saturday Dec. 20 will be a full day and evening of instruction and field sessions and two more sessions will follow on Sunday.
