Long Course Highlights: Set the school's long course record in the 100-meter freestyle at 50.91 at the 2008 Junior Pan Pacifics...qualified for the 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials in the 100-meter freestyle.
Prep: Graduated from Delaware County Christian School in Newtown Square, Pa., in June 2008...swam sprint and middle distance freestyle for his high school team...multi-event winner in the 2007 and 2008 Eastern School Championships in the 50, 100 and 200 freestyle...multiple YMCA national champion and record holder...member of the Junior National Team where he set a record in the 100 freestyle...winner of the 50-meter freestyle at the 2008 YMCA National Championships with a time of 23.66.
